Looking for a Southern New Hampshire pilot group that might organize group flyin's for lunch etc.
I recently moved back to NH after 38 years in other parts of the US.
Well then, let's start one. I don't do Facebook or any "social media" .If you are on Facebook or IG, there is a group called New England Aviation Association. They have fly in's periodically.
Not sure of any groups that are outside of social media.

What about right here? A few pilots here have expressed interest. I am watching this thread so when we get something going I will know about it. So if we can put something together here, that would be great! WX is getting warmer and I am looking forward to some hundred dollar hamburgers! All for it, just curious as to how you'll get the message out?

Ok, well my cherokee is in the middle of a major avionics upgrade scheduled to be ready around the middle of March. KEEN, KEWB or KBID all have good eats. Many more on my list but those are easy.

Where from Maryland? And where to in NH?Looking forward to joining - the countdown to moving to NH is getting closer!
Thanks, I'll check out that link. I am renting for now with ECAC at ASH. Always available to be "safety pilot" if you need some hood work.I'm based at KASH if you would like to connect.

I believe it is closed for a while. Warmer temperatures last week had water on top of the ice. Plus the ice is thinning. A cold snap this week, but I don't think it will be enough to reopen the ice runway. Very short season this year as the ice was late to form.HOw long is Alton Bay open for landings on the ice?
I second the motion!I think we should do a monthly breakfast or lunch meetup in this area.
BAF has a very good Japanese/Asian restaurant, which is a nice change of pace from the normal airport diner fare.
This past year has been tough on airport restaurant. Unfortunately Soks at BAF is permanently closed. The Flight Deck at EEN just closed this weekend for good. Town assuredly has other plans, hopefully we'll see. Don't forget 63B or AUG. Basin Harbor can hold quite a few planes and the Red Mill would enjoy the business.
Whaaaaaatttt? That makes me happy! Love me some Barnes.Sok's closed, but the Asian restaurant took it's place.
