I got a new Garmin GNX 375 installed in my plane along with a GI 275 MFD. Everything seems to be working fine, accept the GI 275 FIS-B weather page show a "Receiver Failure" error. ADSB traffic on the GI 275 displays fine, and the GI 275 is definitely set to FIS-B weather (not SXM).
The GNX 375 seems to be getting the FIS-B weather fine. I've attached the status page - I assume the green text means the information came through OK for those fields.
The GI 275 shows the 'Receiver Failure' error on the weather page, and I don't seem to get any weather information on that page. Now here's the strange part - some pages of the GI-275 do seem to get weather info (see photo below showing the HSI-map page with Nexrad data that parallels what I am seeing on the GNX 375). Also, when I check the GI 275 Datalink status page, the weather information seems to be updated (although there is no information in the top left of that page for GPS).
I brought the plane back to the shop that did the install, and they said there was a user setting that wasn't selected. They changed that setting, but when I flew the plane home, the issue was still there.
Any suggestions?
