New Endorsement AC (61-65F)

For anybody interested (CFIs etc.), the FAA released a new AC 61-65F "Certification: Pilots and Flight and Ground Instructors" last week. In addition to all of the other info, it provides guidance for CFIs and students on the recently changed student pilot certification process. Here's the link:
