This is an image that was somehow saved as a pdf (by others).
Apparently Win10 has "Windows 10 API has native OCR"
but it does not say (on this website) how to get to it, how to use it.

we got around to printing it and think the Brother printer has the option to scan to ocr.

Or email it to me and I'll OCR it for you.

Acrobat will OCR the images in a PDF file.

I have full version of Adobe. Just email to me and I can OCR and reduce size.

Never said it was, but if you have it, you really don't even have to do anything to get the OCR.

I kind of figured that if the OP had acrobat, he wouldn't have posted saying he needed free one-time OCR.

If you need text from an image msg me happy to help

iOS will select text from images.
