eBay no longer facilitates payment through PP?

But “PP can still be used”?

I’m selling something; eBay is offering to take my bank account details or send me a debit card number.

Yeah, ebay changed to now facilitating the financials in house.

If you a buyer, you can pay via PayPal. If you are a seller, the payment must route through eBay.
