[NA] Anyone Play Video Games? [NA]

Disclaimer: Please DO NOT turn this thread into a video game waste of time bash. We all know everyone has a life. So on with the show...

Does anyone play video games? If so what type and title?

I'll go first. As of right now I play CiV IV, Kerbal Space Program, DCS A-10 and occasionally SimCity. I have FSX, Spore, Total War and numerous older games in my stored collection. I like strategy, world builder, and fighter games.

I tend to fixate on a particular game for a few weeks, get burned out, and move on to the next. Rinse and repeat.

Right now I'm on a two week CIV IV game that has stalemated. I was playing Kerbal but I ended up with the game in ruins. I lost a Comm Satellite to debris and lost control of my deep space missions. At least one of you will get that reference, I've seen your avatar..

I tend to play after work to relieve stress. Especially after my near cross-control stall adventure yesterday.

If anyone needs me to explain these games further or post screenshots I'll be happy to.

I've sent more than a few kerbals to Sovengard. I play War Thunder, BF4, KSP, and Napoleon Total War. My free time has been dwindling though as of late so I haven't done much gaming.

I basically fly the B17 exclusively, but I've got T4 in Germans, USSR, and T3 in England. I've got a couple american jets too.

BF4 on PC is my goto when bored. Im tinkering with the Kerbal demo right now (thanks Ed and others) will probably buy it soon...

One of my favorite things to do in KSP is build the biggest rocket I can, and then see how far it gets before detonation.

What I've been playing lately: Dwarf Fortress, X-Plane (more sim than game), DCS A-10C, Civ V, Kerbal Space Program, GTA V. Haven't had much time lately to actually play anything, but this is what I've been doing when I get the chance.

Anyway, I enjoy time sink games when I'm overseas, like Civ V, and I'm currently re-playing Baldur's Gate.

Also, I'm on the beta tester's team for Eagle Dynamics, so I play everything in the DCS series (mostly the Mi-8 right now).

I'm considering re-playing Dragon Age on my PS3...

At my advanced age if 43, I max out at 1 or 2 XBOX games a time. I just can't remember all of the buttons for more games than that. Lately, it's been Grand Theft Auto V. There is nothing more relaxing (and therapeutic) after a long day than jacking a police car and using it to run down street hoes!

Actually, I do like QWOP! And Dwarf Fortress is "playing," I've been doing adventurer mode recently. My current character is an axeman that wanders the wilderness, punching out various wildlife's teeth. Lots of fun to be had there, once you grok what the different stuff on the screen means.
