Well since we are adding stuff to the story as we see fit, the obvious reason she was banned was because she was brandishing, running through the hallway while "field stripping" her clothing, and yelling "I'll get you my pretty!" and that's why she was banned.
She has a future in show biz or politics if this is the case.
I could see how a elementary school principal would call up the mom to discuss the rules on where she can and can't carry (GA has a school-pickup lane exemption). Not all carry permit owners are smart enough to figure out those rules by themselves.
