Don't have a clue. I had been looking for one for a long time. Came across 2 at a small FBO. Called the publisher to confirm they were still out of print, he said they were and were still in demand but not enough for him to reprint them. Then he told me about the $800 sale and suggested I buy them. So I thought I would try and recoup my cost...thanks for asking.

Give them a call, their website has not been updated, the book is not available even though they show it as so.
