Sounds like they did based on the article. Lots of muffled yelling, grabbing of collars and rude hand gesture's followed by a normal completion of the flight.

The fight started after the co-pilot refused to obey an order from the captain during the takeoff climb.

They have both been suspended.

Much to think about in this. What if the co-pilot was being unsafe? What if he had taken the plane to an unsafe speed for the flap setting?

CRM is a great concept. Until it fails because you have someone being stupid or unsafe in the cockpit.

Makes sense, farting in his general direction in a confined space would be the gravest of tactical errors.
