It is a useful tool. I wish they would have one place where all these tools could be found; www.aviationweather.gov is nice but these other tools aren't linked back to it.

This one's new to me...I like the historical METAR list at the bottom, makes it easier to spot trends.

I made a quick graph in excel to visualize the trends, as the data is easily imported.

wunderground also does a great job of visualizing historical METAR data, e.g.
