Just to circle back on this one...
We went to KLOU (Bowman Field). It was relatively easy in and out. Got some vectors from Louisville Approach as we were coming in right around a UPS push. Got squeezed in among a few trainers in the pattern, but no big deal. FYI, the FBO (Louisville Executive) is about the least FBO-looking building on the field. Had to get taxi instructions to get there b/c I was headed the wrong way initially. Unfortunately, I don't know what fees or fuel cost is there - I gave them a credit card and said "top it off, we'll be back this evening" and headed to our Uber and didn't grab a receipt when we got back that afternoon. Saw a $220 charge hit the card which would have covered ~30 gal of 100LL and whatever fees (if any).
