I hold an EASA UK CAA SEP Land rating and would like to revalidate my rating. Looking for UK Part-FCL CRI or FI certificate holders, preferably with the FCL.945 privilege to sign the license in the US.

What is "revalidating your rating"? Is that like a BFR?

Yes it is BFR, in the UK it is called revalidation
