This small home is available at our airpark. Perfect for a retired couple or single. OK93 is just north of Tulsa International.

Runway length/width? HOA dues?

I believe this home comes with membership in the corporation that owns the runway. My understanding is that they pay about $200/year. Don Siemens would know. No HOA. Residents also throw in about $20 for the Bean Dinner each year, as well as contribute side dishes, etc, and for the fish fry, barbecue ribs, etc. We are a really old-fashioned community (think Mayberry).

I wish we had an Airman Acres on the south-side around Bixby/BA/Coweta. I'd be all over it in a heartbeat. Collinsville/Owasso isn't bad, but it's not my cup'o'tea after growing up south of town. I usually see Airmen Acres while on approach to 18L at TUL coming from the east.

Drop in someday.
