Live chat - iPad port

Is there any possibility of creating an iPad compatible port for the live chat feature? Does TapaTalk allow for this? Thanks.

It's not tappatalk it would have to be the main site that does it right now it's doesn't support it

Question is, are there any chat functions which can reasonably be added to the site without Flash? That's the limitation, IIRC.
