Leisurely flight over Manhattan on a beautiful day

Technically, in lower Manhattan (where this vid was), the Bravo doesn't extend to the surface...only down to +1100.

Before I became enamored with aviation, I doubt if I would have given that more than a passing glance, if that. I know I would not have wasted my time watching the entire flight.

What is it that even a silly video of a paper airplane is now fascinating for me to watch? I even waited for the landing to see how that would go.

...

Paraphrase: There's no such thing as bad flying. :D

I wanted the end to be one cynical New Yorker, preferably a cab driver, picking the plane up and relaunching it or something.

Me too! I was hoping the guy with the box, who crossed into the street, would pick it up...

I gotta be honest. At first I was thinking this is retarded, a paper airplane......really? But it was awesome!

Beautiful.

Reminds me of the scene with the grocery bag in "American Beauty"

I may have done the very same thing...several times...when I was in Manhattan earlier this year. I can't remember what floor my hotel room was on but it was way up there. I was amazed you could just open the window.
