Tomorrow, 3/13 I have a connecting flight that goes through MEX, from Morelia, about 10 miles away. Both are Delta (or Delta partner). The domestic arrival is going to be at terminal 1 and the outbound flight (international to ATL of course) departs from terminal 2, gate 55.
I only have an hour from arrival (0800) to departure (0900). I've never been to Benito Juarez Airport, and am wondering if I'm going to have to pull an O.J. through the airport. Anybody here have any encouraging words or advice?

Find a sweet old lady to yell "Go, Keith!", that might help.

Let us know how it works out for you. T2 didn't exist last time I was through MEX.

I have connected at Mexico City, and it was non-issue.

Not a problem when I connected. Its kind of a screwed up place though one long concourse. The smog there really affected me there, lungs burns and eyes watered.

Made the connection OK. Flew in from Morelia, arrived at 0800 on a Embraer 145. Took a bus from the airstair 250 feet, (not kidding). Then had to go through another security screening, long wait because a lot of people apparently like to use string and cardboard boxes as carry on luggage. Took a brisk walk to the gate where the Delta plane was, and they were just calling first class, where I was fortunately riding, and I never stopped walking. Showed passport and boarding pass, in 5 minutes I was drinking orange juice and relaxing. On time departure at 0900. :cheerswine:

And... I watched "The King's Speech" for the inflight movie. I highly recommend it.
Been out of the office for three weeks, ohhh the paperwork I have to catch up on. :cryin:
