It's not a particularly expensive property (nor are any of the average properties in the airpark or nearby town), so I doubt that the fees and taxes are much of an issue (says the guy who pays $600/month in taxes on his modest house in Ohio.)Any idea what the taxes and association fees run? Probably Port Ludlow. Then I keep the mighty Cherokee at Port Townsend, for convenience.

No. If you have already paid use/sales tax in another state......there is no tax due in WA.
Yup. When I inherited my dad's airplane and brought it to WA, the tax man wanted evidence that sales tax had been paid on it.
