KLWM PIREP’s anyone?

i am looking to fly up to KLWM for 4 days in August. Any pireps on the fbo’s. There’s 4 of them listed. Probably would like to hangar our lowly club 1965 182, more due to hearing about avionics theft. (Not there but in general).

I did get a quote back from Falcon Air for 250$ for three nights. That seems a bit steep to me for a 182. Going to call the other two as my emails did not get answered. Will update.
