KFC-200 vs Stec 50

Looking at two very similar aircraft and trying to decide which one to make an offer on. One difference is the autopilot. Aircraft #1 has a KFC-200 with KI 256 and KCS 55A. Aircraft #2 has a Stec 50 with an Stec ST-901. How do the two autopilots compare? I have not flown behind either system so was wondering if one was better than the other?

Stec can’t fly approaches, only has altitude hold.

Stec can’t fly approaches, only has altitude hold.

It can fly an approach, just have to hand fly the vertical axis.
