KEYE Fly-In FINALLY on 7/3

Well, sort of...

I'm flying a PnP trip on Thursday, The dog is coming from the Cleveland area, going to the St. Louis area.

It's a two leg trip. We (the two pilots) have decided to meet at KEYE and we plan to have lunch at Rick's before doing our second legs.

Noon EDT 7/3/14 at Rick's Cafe Boatyard. Be there if you can!

Well, I'm stupid but I'm really not THAT stupid.

I've already contacted the FBO and confirmed that the dog can stay inside---in a crate---while we eat.

Hmm. I could probably cut out of the office for lunch tomorrow. Besides, I need to refuel my plane for my partners from my last trip anyway.

Had a great lunch today with Pfenne and the folks who brought the dog from Cleveland. KEYE is such a casual spot.

Here's the dog (Ignacio) with Eric, his bride Carianne and...ummm...a rescue volunteer whose name I don't recall.
