I don't mean to get this moved to the spin zone but a hot dog (made from who knows what) goes well with katsup and onions. I do agree that a good sausage like a brat or a kielbasa needs mustard and maybe a little sauerkraut. Then again a good Louisiana andouille on the barbeque doesn't need anything.

It is off to the side and not part of the regular elements. It is there to show that the element exists but is not part of the main hot dog experience.
