I don't mean to get this moved to the spin zone but a hot dog (made from who knows what) goes well with katsup and onions. I do agree that a good sausage like a brat or a kielbasa needs mustard and maybe a little sauerkraut. Then again a good Louisiana andouille on the barbeque doesn't need anything.

Scott- I note the presence of "Ketchup" on the "periodic chart" you posted as being the "true hotdog configuration"- in the same position thet the Noble gases are found on a real periodic chart:confused:

It is off to the side and not part of the regular elements. It is there to show that the element exists but is not part of the main hot dog experience. :D
 
I would rather have this on my hotdog than mustard:
