I’m planning on it...and, for a change, 6Y9 as well(I usually work Labor Day weekend, but not this year).

so I have 2 guys ahead of you that I've already asked. one I'm 99% sure will never step foot in a GA plane but I've already asked him (a good friend from NY) and also my oldest bestest bud from ATL, who I think is likely to go. now keep in mind, ANY chick trumps all of y'all mofo's, but the most likely scenario is one of you dudes will have right seat lol. but my plan is to take that whole week off and leave plenty of extra room on both sides of the trip just in case of wx or alien invasion related delays. so I'll definitely let you know as soon as I can. I know these slackers pretty well and we're all 'last minute' kind of peeps, but as soon as they drop out, it's all yours.
 
I wonder if @G-Man can make it with the monkey. haven't heard from either of those two in a while.........

actually it would be pretty funny if my bud hopped in with u and we met somewhere along the way and then he hopped in with me, or something like that. give a non GA person the full treatment. he's always up for an adventure, which is why I'm confident he'll go regardless. I mapped out direct and also heading down to the ATL area and it doesn't add TOO much extra time. he did go up with me in a cherokee a coupl'a years ago, we circled downtown and he enjoyed it. anyways, is that kinda sorta what you were thinking?
 
Sure. If the family can't go, I'll gladly let someone else tag along.

I was gonna ask when this dam flyin is, but Ravioli mentioned the date. So what's the freakin' airport code? I know it's in E. KY somewhere, which should put it inside my single tank range. Where's everybidy gassing up to go home?

Anyone been to M34? Do they have tie down ropes and/or rings on the concrete parking area?

Western Kentucky actually and only 90 miles from where I'm currently planting my butt. But who knows where I'll be in 5 months. If I'm still here, I'll plan on it.
