This week during a brief visit to Cedar Key, I noted the new addition of a weather reporting device installed close to the windsock. I had confirmed a few weeks ago with the County Council that AWOS was coming.
….about to get fancy! Know there’s a few here that land there.

My first passenger trip with my wife was to Cedar Key I remember getting a ride from the lady with the weathered bible in her van, she listens to Unicom and gives rides into town. Cool place.

That would be Judy - a Cedar Key icon. Just be aware that getting her on CTAF in the air is pretty consistent…..once you’re on the ground not so much.
