Funny, you say, my son and I were at the Habit today... what is that stuff on the black bowel next to your burger? I have seen it before, but I just can't put my finger on what it is..

But, and yes, there's always a but, although July 4th,1891 is a notable milestone in Yankee culinary science, I have to say it may have been eclipsed by January 24th, 1935.. as many refer to other inventions with the phrase "the best thing since canned beer..."
