JPI EDM 900 fuel pressure sensor

I am considering upgrading from my EDM 830 to the EDM 900 BUT I wonder about the fuel pressure sensor data. My Arrow 200, Lyc IO-360, has a diaphragm type fuel pump. The pressure pulses from the pump cause my current Piper fuel pressure gauge to flutter, a common occurrence I understand. If I install the EDM 900 will the fuel pressure sensor also cause the display to "flutter" or is there some type of filter that averages out the pressure pulses? Or is there a "snubber" at the sensor to smooth out the transducer sensed pulses?

I would call JPI. They use a snubber for smoothing pulses in the MAP and all the 900 pressure sensors (on my install anyway) are the same, so I’d be shocked if they did anything different on fuel pressure. But one never knows.
