Is this website an official flight school website or something else?

It seems whenever I search for flight schools within a certain geographic region or state, I get some kind of website like this:

http://www.philadelphiaflyinglessons.com/

The thing is this looks more like a general information website rather than a specific flight school website. This is especially happens when I search for schools with a specific flight training program like sport pilot.

If a wannabe pilot is searching for flight schools and they end up at a website like I just posted, I think they will be misled or something.

Looks like some sort of auto-generated deal. I tried three different cities and found near-exact duplicate sites. It is probably a ploy designed to capture and resell leads to actual flight schools. I would ignore them.

Sounds more like a link to independent instructors who sign up with this website hoping to connect with students.
