interior panel insulation

With the tear down/overhaul going on, I decided this is a good time to replace the Al battery cables with the copper ones. Took everything out (seats, interior panels) and decided some of the 42 yr old insulation needs replacing. Any suggestions? I'm leaning towards the foam with aluminum on one side, adhesive on the other but open to other recommendations. And where do I get it? I've got the latest Spruce catalog but are there other alternatives?

Regular old glass wool works as well as any thing

All I know about this topic is to avoid adhesives that are hygroscopic (water collecting). They'll hold noisier from the air against aluminum and corrode it.

Many Cessnas have thin little rectangles of lead coated in vinyl that were glued with hygroscopic adhesives to the inside of the aluminum under the plastic interior to dampen noise/vibration in the aluminum.

The glue traps water against the aluminum behind the vinyl and creates little rectangular shaped corrosion squares under interior panels.

I used Soundex sheets (ordered from Spruce) when I did my interior. No adhesive was used - the interior panels hold the insulation in place.
