Importing Canadian C number to USA

Anybody know what’s involved in importing a Canadian (c number) registered aircraft to the USA, beyond what the FAA says here?

Anybody know what’s involved in importing a Canadian (c number) registered aircraft to the USA, beyond what the FAA says here?

In general, it depends on the type of aircraft to be imported and how. There have been several PoA threads on this if you care to search. But for examples, if the C reg is classified under the TCCA owner maintained category it cannot be imported, or if it is an E/AB there is a different process/procedure than a TC'd aircraft, etc. Aircraft specifics matter with any import from both a customs and FAA perspective.
