I'm locked out of the chat room?

I got this today when i tried to log in from my usual computer but at a hotel. I use this hotel chain all the time and never had this problem.

Is that a hotel thing? or what? How can I complain to you guys live about the weather if I cant get in!!!

I've had that problem at some hotels...

They're not letting you access it on the correct port - you could use a proxy to get around that.
