Don't know why they are over there - they live about a mile south of there. That's one of the deice pads we don't use much... Maybe they are washing them off since it's not snowing? Even though we are expecting a mighty 1/4 inch today/tonight.

Also all the United planes you see are all stuck because of the weather on the east coast. It was worse yesterday from what I saw up here. Lots of unhappy people.

I knew I should have hired... cough... decided to go to Florida with... 6PC in the Cirrus. I don't feel safe in this thing!

At least they filed a flight plan so we avoided instant death. LOL!

I'm going to beat the monkey to the coast. Haha.
 
I noticed the Continental Express livery ATR-72 parked over there too. I thought they mothballed/sold all of those off long ago. Nice little blast from the past.

Ah, saw other tricks staged in other areas. It must be due to that. And yeah, was gonna say that looks like a Q400 - only reason I know is because most of the people around me are plane nerds as well and are constantly pointing out differences in Airbus and Boeing and embraer and crj and etc. :D

Were you going out or coming back in the pics? Traffic flow today would suggest leaving (although so would the pic orders). Sorry about security today!

Outbound. Security wasn't awful.

Plus when they get that far behind they don't even bother with the silly shoe thing anymore. :)
 
By the way did you go see the Super Guppy that's visiting your digs there, Overdrive?

Pro tip: They're awful when warm. That isn't really cheese and it runs everywhere and squishes. I had already eaten mine and made a mess and my wife kept the other pack because she didn't want them, so they eventually ended up in a trash can, where mine should have gone.
