Everything Offends Me
I joined a softball team a while back. We've only practiced once, and today we had our first game.

I am sore in places I didn't even know I had. I slid to avoid a tag, and in doing so, I now have dirt burns down my legs. I'm tired....ugh.

Sorry guys, just felt I needed to get that off my chest.

Do you have kids yet? They'll really kick your backside. I've got a 3 year old that will plain wear me out. I'm only 28.

When I was 40 I had three: infant, 2 and 4. I agree. They'll really kick your backside.

Sometimes I think I'm 16 till I walk past a mirror. Sometimes I feel like I'm 50+ and then I go slide into the hot tub. :)

Similar boat, 42, with a 2.5yr old daughter. She is the enegizer bunny personified. She's SOOO much fun, but once she goes to bed, I'm ready to go to bed. ZZZzzzzzzz.

LOL - nah, I figure I'm gonna wait until my late 20's to get married. Then early 30's we'll have kids.

I'm too busy enjoying life. I don't feel that I could leave what I'm doing to raise a kid (or a wife).

I bet you're right tho - kids have more energy in one day than I expend in one week.

I felt much older back when I had three little kids than I do now! They're 2 years apart, and I spent years feeling tired, pushing swings, and watching Sesame Street and the Elephant Show. Now I feel like I'm 19, except for the knees when I jump off a low wing onto the ground.

It's so great when your kids grow up, and you can have real conversations and learn things from them -- and they want to hear what you have to say, too. :)

Quit whining, you guys. Wait till you get REALLY old and see
what it feels like.

Had my kids starting at 34. Will be paying from them nigh unto medicare. As for Toby's kids, my kids are "not quite so interested" in what I'll say, mostly because I'm predictable. Oh well.
