What is it?
Where is it?
Are you flying it home to KLAF?

Fantastic - congratulations on the new plane, and always happy landings!

Nice! Congratulations.

If you have time, visit Glacier Nationalpark (by car).

I posted some pics earlier but Ill add them in here. The plane is at Caldwell airport in Idaho and Im flying it home to KSEE.

Did you get that CFI to go along with you so you'll be all checked out and ready to go with your complex endorsement and time needed for insurance when you get home?

Congratulations, Let me know when you are arriving and/or going to see the plane. I could possibly provide ground transportation for you, meaning I might get to see your new plane as well as meet you.

Let me know if I can assist with anything else, I have sent you a PM with my Phone number.

Nice! did you find a hanger, or will you be keeping it on the ramp? There is a handful of local southern California pilots here on POA.. see you around!

My aircraft is down for a panel upgrade. Should be done on the 22nd. I am excited to get it back also!

Ah yes, you are gonna love the Comanche 250. It's a nice sweet spot in GA aircraft. Climbs as good as a twin, decently fast on 12.5-14gph, great useful load, hard to load out of CG, great handling but still a challenge (landings), I can go on for a while....Looks like you got a later serial number 1959, mine is a 1960, N6789P. Any Comanche questions, I can help you out.

Congrats, bro. Take your time and have a safe flight home.

The update: My flight from San Diego leaves tonight at 8:30 and I get in to Boise at midnight. Going to a hotel then the A&P is picking me up at 7am. Were going to fly from Caldwell, ID (KEUL) to Bishop,CA (KBIH) make a fuel stop in Bishop then on to Gillespie Field (KSEE). Is like to be back at Gillespie no later than 1pm tomorrow

It was nice to meet you too. We had a great flight home except of pretty substantial headwind. Here are some pictures

Congrats! The panel looks very neat and clean.

Can you tell me what the two com radios are?

The Apollo II is a GPS or LORAN?

The Navs are stand alone self contained? Who makes those units?

Pretty plane! Enjoy.

They are all Narco coms. The top one I believe is a Narco 810 and the bottom is a Narco 120

Very nice ... now fly those transition hours off and ditch the CFI;) That's going to be a great XC machine!

Thats what I plan on doing. My Narco AT50 transponder is dead so Im currently looking for one of those so I can just slide it in without having to get anything rewired. They are hard to find for a decent price
