How to load Sectionals into Orux Maps (Android)?

How does one get sectionals into Orux maps?

I get the geotiffs here:

Un-zip the file I download, and get an HTML, a TFW, and a TIF file. Run the Orux map desktop program, it can't read the TFW file. It does read the part of the calibration reading the image file but it can't pick up the datum or projection. I enter these manually (WGS 83 and Lambert Conformal), and enter the data for the parallels, northing, etc. The program generates an error trying to save the file.

I'm picking up the data from this part of a window that Orux displays:

The program asks for:
Latitude origin
Longitude origin (-97.00000000000003)
Lat Parallel 1 (46.666666666666664 )
Lat Parallel 2 (41.333333333333364)
False East (0)
False North (0)

Items in parenthesis are what I entered...I tried 0 and 42.3 for the latitude origin.

I'm using the Omaha South Sectional Tif file.

Any ideas?
