I'm preparing a combination Christmas/birthday card to send him -- an aerial view(2003) of the Bowdoin College campus. Some of the buildings were constructed 35-40 years after he graduated; but I'm certain he knows them.

thats not bad. my great grandma is nearly 101. she's started to slip recently though since she had to go to the nursing home.

if i ever get to be that old i'd be thrilled to have any hair left to cut!

"Coles Tower wasn’t built in 1925 -- Mr. Coles was probably
a young man -- and Farley Field House was 40+ years in
the future. Pres. Coles’ wife, Martha, was a long-time
customer of mine at BOWDOIN CAMERA exchange
(across from First Parish Church - Noble/Maine Streets)
for many years. She was a good artist.

PoA note: James Coles was President of Bowdoin College for many years.
Coles Tower -- now known as The Senior Center -- was at one time the tallest building in Maine and was named for Pres. Coles.
