I successfully identified and re-screened 6 grandmothers' bags, while only allowing 3 guns through, so I got promoted. But then I fell asleep on the X-ray belt, so I'm now on paid leave while the "company" threatens and sues the nine people that took pictures of me.

I find it absolutely hilarious that the linked MSNBC page lead story is:
Employers add 162,000 jobs, most in 3 years
When the NPR story this morning was the opposite -- minor uptick due to census hiring, jobs remain flat, surprise decrease in latest report.

Returning to SEA from PUW on Tuesday the TSA folks must have received a new toy. They were swabbing the hands of EVERY passenger going through security and putting the swabs in their machine. Took forever to screen a Q400 load of passengers (well, not quite a full load, some folks were on the plane from its previous stop and it wasn't a full flight, but that just makes it worse). Good thing I hadn't been target shooting before going to the airport. As Bugs Bunny was fond of saying, "What a maroon!"
