browsing aero-news.net they say the user fee bill has gotten out of committee. seems like none of the worried about fuel or airspace usage taxes are in, but a bunch of adminstrative charges are there. aopa has nothing on their website yet.

The draft is out of committee. Now it will need a sponsor and has to be submitted to the clerk to get a number on it. Then we can see it.

Now we have to watch for any airline-authored amendments to the bill to be be quietly added...
