1 S HUTCHINSON AIRPORT RENO KS3805 9787 HUTCHINSON TOWER OBSERVER REPORTS TORNADO 1 M SOUTH OF TOWER MOVING RAPIDLY EAST. (ICT)
 
AT 722 PM CST...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO. THIS
DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR CRYSTAL SPRINGS...OR 15 MILES
NORTHWEST OF ANTHONY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. (probably go south of you TC)

THIS DANGEROUS STORM WILL AFFECT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHERN
HARPER AND SOUTHERN KINGMAN COUNTIES...INCLUDING RAGO.

CHASERS REPORT THAT THE TORNADO HAS LIFTED...HOWEVER IT MAY TOUCH
DOWN AGAIN AT ANY TIME.
 
yep im watching the news now. tornado sirens are going off :)
 
Looks like that storm will pass south of town or at least the updraft will, plus it's sort of winding down on the radar.
 
Than again, if that cell pumps up again you could be in for some excitement
 
yea, oh well :( im sure there will be more.

it is good that we are getting some rain though. major drought down here. hasnt rained for the 3 weeks ive been in town, we're about 1.5 inches behind average already on the year.
 
latest scan shows it continues to dwindle but it IS tracking straight for you

i just felt the cold front finally pass through. what a letdown on the weather...
