Yeah, a lot of good memories flying in that airplane. :yes: It needs a loving home.

Why would the person sell it on eBay instead of using other avenues?

They probably need money fast. However, starting it at $199K isn't the best way of selling on eBay, even if that's a great deal - The trick is to make the starting price really low and get several people bidding, that way you can hopefully get a bidding war between at least two of 'em. :yes:

I'm starting to see planes on eBay that have already been on the for-sale sites for a while and gotten nowhere. :(

With a minimum bid of $200k I think the seller stands to gain a lot more than he's likely to lose.

BTW the phone # is a cell phone in the Twin Cities area, I wonder where it is and how it got here.

Chip sold it to a guy in Red Wing.
 
Its $199,000 with a higher reserve price.

How much are those planes worth? Jeez.
