The real crime hear is that with all those federal charges, he could only get 6 1/2 years, with the possibility of running concurrent with any state charges. What? They think they should be lenient because of a bad childhood? The restitution is a joke too. How about what all these jurisdictions spent chasing him and prosecuting him.

No, That costs too much,,,, Take him to a public place, require the high school class to watch, and stripe his ass and turn him loose.
