One airport I visited back in the day, had an "alignment of elements" glide slope indicator next to the runway... I was so intrigued I looked for the specs for making such a thing for our old grass strip back then...
I can find NOTHING about creating such a thing, anymore... But I did back then.

I can figure it out in a CAD program... But surely, there's a plan for such things, somewhere...

Any clues? It's just 3 sheets of plywood on 3 pairs of fenceposts next to the landing zone.
 
Yes. you could make it for 5 degrees or 10 degrees, or whatever. The ones closer to you would just be raised higher to change the approach angle from 3 to 5 or 10 or whatever.
