Question about a 421B

Left Engine is quitting at IDLE
When applying 30-40% of power they push even.
On full throttle for take off the other engine is pushing the plane to the left.

Are throttles with sending unit?
Could it be the turbo?

Im trying to troubleshoot as mechanics everywhere has no time

PS: both engines start at 1st try
I cant see right the left rpm and mp as it fluctuate.
When I apply even force to both throttles the left one is behind the right one.

Any help is appreciated

Can't add much, except as a mechanic, I would definitely recommend you do not fly that aircraft until you have a someone look at it.

Sorry, you definitely need a mechanic on the spot to trouble shoot. Do not take off before a mechanic resolves the problem. Be patient, your life is worth the wait.
