Help! Whittling down between SR20/22 vs M20M vs TB-20/21

Budget is around $150 at the top end, preferably in the low 100's if at all possible.

I agree with RudyP that an older SR22 is the best of your set other than price. They will be $150-200k. I flew a 2002 model for several years that had 1103 lbs of useful load; no TKS, no AC. Plenty of cabin space for a single engine plane. Entry into the back seats are easy, just pull the front seat forward and it's easy to get in.
 
Don't forget about the rocket motor on the Cirrus. Required to be replaced by time. When they get close the plane gets cheaper and I can't imagine the replacement being cheap. To bad you can't blow it off but you can't.

Do you get to keep the old rocket motor? I mean you did pay for it. I hear they'll go up to 30,000 feet unencumbered by a parachute.
