Help the Senior Dude Out

Hi All:

I have a Gleim CDROM, instrument test prep., version 4.2

Would this have my Commercial test prep on it also? In other words if I purchase the Commercial Test Prep would they just give me a "code" that would unlock the information on the CDROM I have?

I tried to call but they were closed. Is the instrument test prep the sme as the commercial? The reason I ask is because I keep seeing the instrument part tied to the commercial part.

There is a CDROM for the Commercial but it is $95! When I bought the instrument CDROM it was like $59.

I am using "The Complete Advance Pilot" for my reading.

I made a 92 on my instrument written.

So, can someone help me out on a CDROM for Commercial Test Prep?

Gleim is usually pretty good about customer service. You're right, I think that the CD does have all the tests on it and that your code is the key to unlocking your specific test.

Drop them an email and they should be able to take care of the issue. I used Gleim software for my CFI and it really helped, even if it was more expensive than their books.
