I am a dad!
I'm trying to decide which photo to submit for a contest on another aviation web-board. The theme for this month is "capturing the grace of flying." I haven't taken many pictures this month, so my options are limited. I haven't edited these yet, so I'll likely do at least a bit of cropping before I submit them. What say you?

Four, but not sure fighters are the best for capturing the Grace of Flying.

That's kind of what I was thinking. But that's all I've got that I've actually shot during this month (the rules of the competition). If only I had been around any gliders or large birds this month.

The first one. The others show more power than grace (in my non-expert opinion).

Heritage Flight. The picture doesn't do the live routine justice.

I agree thats why I pick # 1 all the other depict power. The first shows the grace of the airframe and progression of the plane.

That's pretty much exactly what I was thinking.

Heritage Flight. The picture doesn't do the live routine justice.

No doubt! It really is an amazing sight. They did a Tailhook Flyby, too, but the Heritage Flight is the one that always gets me.

Nice! That's awesome. Was that Viper West and one of the Horsemen in the 16 and 51? That's a great shot with the F-22 burners.
