How much tailwind is too much for a Hawker? Apparently 25 kts is right out!

Article doesn’t say which runway he used but at ASE you land 15 and depart 33. Not a tailwind if he was on 15.

He was taking off on 33. ATC advised “winds 160 at 16, gust 25, instantaneous 180 at 10" on the takeoff clearance.
 
For the most part, Aspen is land south take off north. However, smaller stuff frequently lands north and occasionally takes off south. Experienced Aspen pilots will sometimes land smaller jets to the north.
It has been really windy the last couple of days, and there is a storm settling in this afternoon that is supposed to be here for 3 days. If the airport stays closed all day, its going to be a real S**t show!
 
A few years ago someone landed a Falcon 2000 in light snow on the grass next to the runway at Aspen. Picture in the paper showed a set of tracks in a couple inches of snow with a plowed clean runway off to the side!
