Thank you all for your birthday wishes!

I did have to go into that 4-letter place today (w**k) that supports my flying habit, but we just got back from a lovely, languorous dinner at a new Italian restaurant not far from us.... some absolutely wonderful food, sparkling wine (goes with EVERYTHING), pretty things in small boxes..... I am one happy lady, and Grant is very smart :yes:

Although he's sequestered in his office right now, something about 'customizing' my other gift.... not sure what that means.....

Thank you all for your wonderful birthday wishes! I am at work (looking at some pretty cool IFR weather conditions), but have had lots of the makings for a good day so far -

- I get to read your messages;
- had a couple of my staff folks sneak in my office last night and leave flowers and balloons (I get in too early for them to beat me here in the morning :) )
- my admin assistant gives me a wonderful bar of dark chocolate
- a notoriously surly customer was CIVIL to me today!
- someone put a 5:00 pm meeting on my calendar, then took it off with an apology and best wishes after the admin assistant informed him it was my birthday (boss is picking up the call for me (!) )
- I just got an email that I have a travel reimbursement check in my mail folder, and

I'm getting ready to head out very soon so Grant and I can have dinner at a wonderful little Italian restaurant.



Ahh..... it's good to be queen :D


Time to buy that lottery ticket
