Hangars near KCHD Chandler, AZ

Hi Everyone
Looks like Chandler has a hangar wait list that goes back to 1999. Does anyone know of available hangars to lease in the area? For a SR22 or C182.

At CHD you almost have to know someone that knows someone. Chandler Air Service owns a couple T's down the ramp but I would be surprised if they're available. FFZ is probably your best bet to be honest.

Thanks, just checked FFZ and they have a shorter waitlist. Even a T-Shade would be great but those are bought up as well.
