Hail USS George H. W. Bush!
The Navy took delivery of its newest aircraft carrier, USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77), from Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding. George H.W. Bush is the 10th and final Nimitz-class aircraft carrier.

BREMERTON, Wash. - The aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) was decommissioned May 12 at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Bremerton, Wash., after more than 48 years of service.

I haven't done the research, but I would bet that a majority of aircraft in the history of carrier operations have been manufactured by Northrup and/or Grumman and now the merged Northrup/Grumman.
I could be wrong on this, tho, as McDonnell and Douglas, and Mc/Doug have had a fair share of aircraft in the mix, too.

Careful, if you mention one certain model of the Douglas Naval aircraft someone will follow up with an post of just how awful that plane is (although he's never been in, near or around one). :rolleyes:
