It's the new Mercedes Benz SCL600. The wheel is replaced with a side stick, the mirrors replaced with cameras and inside monitor. No pedals either.

I need a loan...anyone?

People have been programmed to use floor controls in cars for what? 100 years now.

As interesting as that is, there's going to be a lot of really messy high speed rear end, side impact and head on crashes before people start catching on to the new control system. On the upside, at least there won't be a steering wheel in the way of the newpaper reading drivers so they'll be relaxed when the air bag deploys.
 
A requirement for purchase/test study should be a pilot certificate as we're properly trained in such modes of transportation. :)
