GTN750xi Crossfill to GNS430W?

Nexair in Plymouth MA added a Garmin 750Xi into my panel recently and connected it to my exisiting GNS430W. For the life of me I cannot get the crossfill to work. Firstly, have ensured that both navigators have the same NavData dates. I ensure that the 430W has Crossfill set to Auto and I then go into the 750Xi settings and enable Auto Crossfill there. From that point, I'm not seeing anything crossfill. What should my experience be? Configure or amend a flightplan in the 750xi and see that instantly appear on the 430W?

Nexair are speaking to Garmin but I haven't heard anything in the last few weeks.

Make sure the RS232 port setting on the 750 Xi is set to GNS Crossfill and the RS232 port setting on the 430 is set to GTN Crossfill

You will need to go into configuration mode to verify those settings.
